Once you're a Qantas Business Rewards Member

To earn Qantas Points* and access member savings~, ensure your ABN number is loaded in serko.travel and that traveller profiles contain their Qantas Frequent Flyer numbers.

1. Loading your ABN in serko.travel

Simply enter your company ABN on the new ‘Identifiers’ page (under Company in the navigation menu), check the ‘Qantas Business Rewards’ checkbox, and click Save.

We’ll validate your discount level with Qantas and once the update has been completed, you and your team will see the discounted fares whenever you search for Qantas flights. In most cases, updates are completed within two business days.

If you’ve previously saved your ABN, the discount level has already been confirmed.

Administrators can check that the discount has been applied by viewing the ABN section on the new ‘Identifiers’ page. If you see an ‘Edit’ button you are all set.

2. Loading Qantas Frequent Flyer numbers

It’s really easy to add Qantas Frequent Flyer numbers to profiles in serko.travel. Just go to My Profile, click on the Preferences tab, then Add Preference.

3. Access your Member Savings~

When anyone in your company makes a booking, your Qantas Business Rewards discount will automatically be applied. To check that your flight is eligible, click on the down arrow next to your fare, then hover over the 'i' icon. A restrictions box will appear and you will see the words ‘Private Fare’ and the ‘Tour Code’ line will reference that it is your Qantas Business Rewards Member Savings~ fare.
